Day Camp Information
Our Day Camps run from 9:00AM-4:00PM for Campers Kindergarten through 6th grade. Camper drop-off will take place at the top of the hill at 9AM, and campers can be picked up in the same spot at 4PM. Campers will need to bring their own lunch, as well as enough snacks to make it through the day.
2024 Camp Kirby Summer Day Camp
Session 1: Enchanted Forest (June 24th-27th)
Step with us into the enchanted forest, but beware of the fairies and goblins dashing past! You never know what Fairytale characters we might find along the path.
Session 2: Kirby Game Show (July 1st-July 3rd, 3-day session)
We will be exploring all types of games, and there will be no shortage of play this shorter week!
Session 3: Super Heroes (July 8th-11th)
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s a Camp Kirby superhero! Join us this week as we enter the world of heroes, work together to battle villains in our all-camp events, and find your own personal superpower.
Session 4: Toyland (July 15th-17th, 3-day session)
This might be our mini session, but we are going to have major fun as toys come to life right before our eyes!
Session 5: Space is the Place (July 22nd-25th)
This week we’re going to blast off into space. Dress up as an alien or astronaut, attend Jedi Training, learn about astronomy, and see if you would survive an alien invasion!
Session 6: Pirates vs Robots (July 29th-Aug 1st)
In the epic battle of Pirates vs Robots, only one can come out victorious!
Session 7: Myths and Legends (August 5th-8th)
This week we’ll explore myths, legends, and folklore from around the world. Zeus, Thor, Nessie, or Sasquatch may make an appearance during our final session!
Check-in and Pick-up
Our 2024 Day Camps run Monday – Thursday from 9:00AM-4:00PM each day (except for Sessions 2 & 4, which are Monday – Wednesday). Camper drop-off will take place at the top of the hill at 9AM, and campers can be picked up in the same spot at 4PM. Campers will need to bring their own lunch each day, as well as enough snacks to make it through the day.
Activities
Our Day Camps focus on nature exploration and utilizing Camp Kirby’s vast ecological resources. We’ll explore both the woods and beach, in addition to traditional Camp activities like arts & crafts, games, and songs!
The 2024 Day Camp rate is $250 for 4-day camps (spring break & sessions 1, 3, 5, 6, 7) & $190 for 3-day camps (sessions 2 & 4).
